- $14 for Michigan-registered vehicles annual pass
- $7 for Michigan-registered motorcycles annual pass
- $40 for non-resident annual pass
- $11 for non-resident day pass
From the Michigan Department of Natural Resources:
The Recreation Passport ($13 for Michigan vehicles, $7 for Michigan motorcycles) is required for vehicle entry to all 103 Michigan state parks, including Belle Isle. Michigan residents can purchase the Recreation Passport by checking “YES” when renewing license plates at a Secretary of State branch office, self service station or online. If you didn’t check “YES,” or are visiting in a nonresident vehicle, a window sticker can be purchased at the visitor contact station or at the White House. Nonresidents pay $39 for an annual pass or $11 for a day pass. The Recreation Passport is valid until the next vehicle plate renewal date. For details, visit www.michigan.gov/recreationpassport
